Background: We recently, received a request from one of our customers to carry out a OBC shipment to a hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, for a specialized piece of equipment that was urgently needed to save lives.
The equipment was located at a warehouse in Belgium, and it needed to be transported to Addis Ababa as quickly as possible. The customer knew traditional shipping methods could take days or even weeks, and they needed a faster solution.
